Juices are a great way to receive lots of vitamins, and minerals. You can add protein, and even Batistini Extra Virgin Olive Oil for an extra boost in fatty acids and antioxidants.


Ingredients:

(Juices from left to right)

1 cup blackberries

2 kiwis, without rind

3-4 cups kale

1 naval orange, without rind

2 nectarines

½ pineapple

3-4 collards

inch of diced ginger

½ cabbage

1 peach

1 cup carrots

2 beets, without rind

1 kiwi, without rind

1 nectarine

2 ½ rhubarbs

1 cup cherries, pitted

1 cup raspberries

1 lemon

1 grapefruit, without rind

1 cucumber, without rind

12 strawberries, without stem

1 cup blueberries

Honey to taste
