FISH TACOS W/ LIME CREMA + CABBAGE SLAW

Ingredients:

2 lbs. snapper fillets

4 tbsp Olive Oil

Tortillas


Cabbage Slaw:

1 green cabbage, shredded

1/3 cup chopped cilantro

1 garlic clove, minced

2 minced green onion

3 tbsp BF White Balsamic Vanishing Grape

dash of salt


Lime Crema:

3 tbsp. fat free sour cream

3 tbsp. mayonnaise

zest and juice of 2 limes

¼ tsp. salt

¼ tsp. pepper

1 green onion, minced

¼ cup minced cilantro


Directions:

Cut the fish into ½ pieces, and fry in the olive oil. (You can also cook the fish over a grill and cut into slices later.)

Mix all of the cabbage slaw ingredients together in a medium bowl.

Stir together all of the ingredients for the Lime Crema together in a small bowl.

Heat up over to 350 degrees F. Heat tortillas in oven around 5-10 minutes, depending on how crispy you prefer them to be.
