OLIVE + PROSCIUTTO BRUSCHETTA

Ingredients:

Fresh Prosciutto

Kalamata Olives

Heirloom Tomatoes

Baguette French Bread

Batistini Farms Extra Virgin Olive Oil & Balsamic


Directions:

Dice the tomatoes; and cut the olives in fours.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Slice the bread into 1” thick diagonal slices. Drizzle with olive oil. Toast for around 8-10 minutes.

Top the bread with a slice of prosciutto, tomatoes, and olives. Finish by drizzling with olive oil and balsamic.
