SPICED JICAMA CHIPS

Ingredients:

Chips:

1 Jicama

1 tsp. cumin

1 tsp. paprika

1 tsp. coriander

1 tsp. Himalayan salt

1 tsp. pepper

1 tbsp. Batistini Farms Olive Oil

Sauce:

½ cup Crème Fraîche (or plain yogurt)

2-3 limes

1 tsp. Himalayan salt

½ - 1 cup cilantro


Directions:

Chips:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Peel the Jicama, and slice into skinny fries.

Drizzle with olive oil. Lightly spread spices all over the jicama.

Cook for about 35-45 minutes.

Sauce:

Dice the cilantro.

Combine all ingredients.
