SIMPLE CHOCOLATE DIPPED DOUGHNUT HOLES

Ingredients:

¾ cup sugar

1 cup flour

2 eggs

½ cup milk

1 ½ tsp vinegar

1 tsp baking powder

5 tsp Batistini Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 ½ tsp vanilla extract

¼ tsp salt


Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Combine milk and vinegar; set aside for 5 minutes.

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.

In a small bowl, combine olive oil, eggs, and vanilla. Add in the milk mixture.

Combine the olive oil and milk mixture to the flour mixture.

Bake depending on size of baking sheet. For doughnut holes, around 15 - 20 minutes.
