VINEGAR POTATOE CHIPS

4 cups of water
1 cup rice vinegar
½ cup of Batistini
Farms Estate 15 Balsamic Vinegar
¼ cup Batistini Farms
Dark Barrel Fig Balsamic Vinegar
¼ + 2 tbsp. cup
Batistini Farms Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Boil water in a large
pot. Remove from heat; add all 3 vinegars and salt&pepper. Add in potatoes
and allow soaking in it for up to 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 450
degrees Fahrenheit. Drain potatoes and pat dry with a towel. Use the 2 tbsp. of
olive oil to lightly oil the baking sheet. Place potatoes on sheet and drizzle
with ¼ cup of olive oil. Drizzle salt & pepper onto potatoes.
Bake potatoes around
30-45 minutes, depending on how crispy you would like them to be. Finish with
