CILANTRO ROSEMARY BALSAMIC MEATBALLS
Quick Delicious Dinner: Pre-made meatballs and stir fry with Batistini Farms Dark Barrel Fig Balsamic.
appx. 1/4 lb of ground lamb
appx. 1/4 lb of ground beef
1/4 cup cilantro, finely chopped
1/3 cup jasmine rice, cooked
1 1/2 tsp. smoked salt
appx. 1/2 cup of Batistini Farms Dark Barrel Fig Balsamic
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
In a bowl, mix ground lamb, ground beef, cilantro, salt, and rice. Form the mixture into desired size meatballs. Flour a waxy surface and lightly roll the meatballs into the flour.
Boil a pot of water. Place the meatballs into the water for about 5 minutes. Place onto a pan and drizzle with Batistini Farms Dark Barrel Fig Balsamic. Cook until desired taste, or appx. 15 minutes.
